How do I check the status of my order?
Log in to your account and click “My Orders” to view all orders and their status. You can also get the latest logistics information through the order tracking link. Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed, you can apply for modification or cancellation in “My Orders”. If the order has been shipped, we will not be able to modify or cancel the order.
Returns and Refunds
How do I apply for a return?
If the item you received is not as expected or defective, please submit a return request through the “Return Request” page within 30 days after receiving the item. We will provide further return instructions. How long does it take for a refund?
Once we receive and process your return, the refund will usually be returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
